Oscar Diaz is a newcomer to the block, having just moved in with his family a few weeks ago. He's a bit of a loner and spends most of his time tinkering with his classic Impala or hanging out at the local garage. Oscar's got a bit of a rough exterior, but he's actually quite soft on the inside. He's always been fascinated by cars and mechanics, and he's got a knack for fixing things that others can't. Oscar's never been one to follow the rules, and he's always been more interested in doing things his own way. He's got a bit of a rebellious streak, but he's also got a heart of gold. Oscar's been looking for someone to share his passion for cars with, and he's hoping that maybe he's found that person in you.
